A four-point dynamic chest support that gives firm trunk control while leaving more shoulder movement than a PivotFit or Trimline. The patented dual-zone stretch construction is the point of difference: it virtually eliminates the upward shift at the neckline that occurs when a user leans forward in a conventional harness, which is the mechanism behind strangulation risk. Materials are selected to balance stretch against resistance, so the support holds the trunk upright while still permitting controlled forward movement — useful where a user has active trunk flexion and needs functional reach. Bodypoint identifies it particularly for lordosis, where firm sternal pressure promotes contact of the thoracic and lumbar spine with the back support and facilitates a more neutral pelvis, and for anyone needing strong sternal support. Swivel buckles on the lower straps are designed for easy removal. Options include a centre zipper and a choice of Standard or Narrow width — the Narrow width is specifically shaped to suit the female form and users with smaller frames. Sizes cover paediatric through adult, selected on outside shoulder width (bideltoid breadth). MD pull straps allow front-pull or rear-pull configuration at the time of fitting. A hip belt or other pelvic support must also be worn whenever an anterior trunk support is used, for both safety and effective positioning.
